Pramod Kalyanshetti

Pramod Kalayanshetti is the Chief Commercial Officer at Mahindra Susten. With an extensive background in supply chain management, Pramod oversees crucial functions such as sourcing and procurement, logistics, insurance, and contracts. Since joining Susten in 2014, Pramod has played a vital role in the company's growth journey, building a robust and dedicated team focused on delivering projects within strict time, cost, and quality targets.

With an impressive 28 years of experience in top Indian companies, Pramod brings a wealth of expertise to his role. Prior to joining Susten, he held key positions at renowned organizations such as the Vedanta Group, Larsen and Toubro, and KPMG. At Vedanta, he was instrumental in establishing the first custom copper smelter, overseeing the setup of raw material import and commodity hedging desks. During his time at Larsen and Toubro, he led the commodity hedging desk in the group treasury. At KPMG, he headed the commodity risk management as part of the firm's comprehensive financial risk management practice.

Pramod holds a degree in Automobile Engineering and an MBA in General Management, both from Karnatak University. He further expanded his knowledge by completing a Master of Business Law (MBL) from the prestigious National Law School of India University (NLSIU) in Bangalore. Additionally, he has attended short-term courses at esteemed institutions such as the London Metal Exchange (LME), Intercontinental Exchange (ICE), and the National Institute of Banking Management (NIBM). Pramod's dedication to academic excellence is evident, as he achieved the top rank in his university and earned a gold medal during his MBA studies.
