Anjali Gupta is an additional independent director of Mahindra Susten Private Limited. She is a graduate of Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad and has over 30 years of experience in various managerial positions in finance, private equity and infrastructure space. She has worked in eminent organisations such as SBI Capital Markets Limited, KPMG, Asset Reconstruction Company (India) Limited, ICICI Bank Limited and is Partner and India Head of 3i India Private Limited, where she has lead the business for about 10 years. She has extremely diversified experience across equity capital markets, debt restructuring, distressed debt, project finance and private equity. She is a specialist in infrastructure finance (both debt and equity) and has handled various projects and investments in roads, ports, airports and power sector. As a Director in LTIDPL INDVIT Services Limited, she is also well experienced in the InvIT space.
