Sustainability is our guiding principle and we ensure continual improvement in all our management systems encompassing environment, social and economic aspects to achieve business excellence. We are cognizant about the impact of our operations on these 3 pillars & always strive to work in a harmonious manner.

Our key focus areas for developing our “Profit” strategy are financial performance, customer centricity, supply chain improvement, and product & service responsibility. In the case of “Planet”, we concentrate our sustainability efforts on the development of our resource efficiency, carbon neutrality and biodiversity management. We continue to propagate our afforestation activities by increasing the green cover around our sites. With regards to “People”, we lay our focus on our internal stakeholders like our employees and workmen, as well as external stakeholders; the communities around us through our CSR activities.
