Vinita aces her work-life balance and multitasks her way through busy schedules. She cherishes the time she spends with her kids and family. Indira Gandhi’s qualities and career which consisted of a whole lot of intellectual courage inspires her. She believes in competing with her own self for self-growth and prosperity. Women should feel empowered without any competition or context to another person.

Over the years, she has grown as a leader and recognised the bigger picture in order to ensure her team’s success at Susten. She continuously drives her team to be as versatile as possible to deliver top-notch results.

She is someone who enjoys exploring and travelling, may it be within the city, country or even abroad. Something that saddens her is that she has found adverse environmental changes at many places she’s recently been to, which are due to pollution and global warming.

According to her, there is a lack of awareness about sustainable livelihoods in many regions of India and this needs to change. Only then is there a possibility of successful sustainable lifestyles and a healing environment.

Vinita conducts pond cleaning activities with her Mahindra Susten team and supports the ‘Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan’. Every year she donates books to 10 needy rural students to help them out but believes that charity work isn’t to be bragged about.
