Education qualification & Area of Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Renewable Energy /Electrical Engineering with 8-10 years of experience with minimum 4 years of experience in training of solar energy systems. 
• Master Trainer certification for Solar PV Installer (Surya Mitra) / Master Trainer for Solar PV Installer (Electrical) from Skill Council Green Jobs or equivalent certification. 
• Experience in developing and leading training programs in Classroom & On-Site Training. 
• Strong communication and presentation skills. 
• Well conversant with safety protocols to be followed in Solar PV plants. 
• Strong organizational and language (English and Hindi) skills. 
• Proficient in MS office like word, excel, ppt, etc. 

Background:

• Trainer having Solar Technology Background is a MUST.

Job Profile (Broad):

• Develop and update training curriculum for Solar Energy Systems in Training Centre and on sites throughout India. 
• Conduct training sessions for individuals and groups on installation, maintenance, testing & commissioning aspects of Solar Panels on Ground & on Roof along with associated electrical systems & mounting structures. 
• Conduct training sessions on Power evacuation system comprising of 33 kV underground and 33 kV overhead infrastructure including outdoor 33 /220 kV Air Insulated Substation & Gas Insulated Substation.  
• Impart practical skills to students / trainees /Staff required for installation, maintenance, testing & commissioning aspects of Solar Panels on Ground & on Roof along with associated electrical systems & mounting structures. 
• Impart testing & commissioning skills for 33 kV HT Panels and equipment’s of 33/220 kV Substation. 
• Provide support and troubleshooting advice to trainees. 
• Assess trainees’ understanding and competence through evaluations and feedback. 
• Maintain training Centre (fixed and mobile), training equipment’s and materials. 
• Monitor and report on training progress and outcomes. 
• Coordinate with other trainers and departments to ensure training standards. 
• Monitor and report on training progress and outcomes. 
• Stay updated with industry standards and technological advancements in Solar Energy.
• Develop & Maintain relationships with MNRE/Central & State Govt. bodies, Universities, IITs, schools & colleges.
